2 Person Infrared Saunas - Part
2
There are many
reasons to consider an infrared sauna over a traditional sauna,
even for people who are not concerned about price. The
health benefits of
infrared saunas are even greater than those of
traditional saunas. The radiant energy produced by an
infrared sauna provides for a more tolerable heat and
increased cell detoxification.
Traditional
saunas produce heat via steam, which raises the temperature in
the room. The increased room temperature leads to an increase
in body temperature for the user, producing sweat. Infrared
saunas directly increase the user’s body temperature without
heating the sauna room itself. Unlike a traditional sauna,
which operates at an average temperature of 150-200 degrees
Fahrenheit, infrared saunas usually operate at a temperature of
110 – 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Because of this difference,
infrared sauna users are often able to stay in the sauna
longer, allowing them to reap more of its benefits.
Another
advantage of an infrared sauna is that the infrared energy it
produces is able to penetrate more deeply into the muscle
tissue. This penetration prompts the cells to boost their
waste-unloading activity. This increases the body’s
detoxification process.
Home saunas
are a great idea for anyone who wants to reap the health
benefits of a sauna. A 2-person infrared sauna provides these
benefits and more, all for the price of a piece of home
exercise equipment.
